When the worksheet is complete, combine all 11 sentences into a  paragraph.   Use transitions to move smoothly from one CER set to the next.  Proofread your paragraph aloud to check for errors and coherence (how smoothly it flows). Include a full APA citation for the source (book, article, web site) of the quotations.
